Siemens smart infrastructure

In my current role as Siemens Smart Infrastructure Communications Specialist and Tradeshow Consultant I drove from beginning to end a new approach to national networking events and tradeshows across all Siemens Smart Infrastructure business units and vertical markets. This new approach consisted of cross-departmental standardized planning, criteria to measure ROI, and lead management processes to create higher quality leads. This new approach generated a 75% marketing and sales qualified lead pool, with 4 leads converted to tangible business opportunities from the largest Smart Infrastructure tradeshow (17,000+ attendees).
