In my previous role as Athleta’s Community Experience Manager, I interpreted KPI’s, survey results, and consumer and market trends that drove and shaped my marketing efforts. I originated partnerships and events with local gyms, vendors, and nonprofit organizations that aligned with Athleta’s mission of wellness, empowerment, inclusion, and B-Corporation efforts (e.g., Orangetheory, Pure Barre, Girls on the Run, University of Florida Athletic Department, CycleBar, etc.). I utilized pop-up shops and tabling opportunities to connect with new customers. I elevated product launches by training associates on product knowledge, curated email marketing campaigns, worked with local influencers, and hosted shopping events. My efforts directly produced 20% of monthly sales, 10% of loyalty registrations, and 25% of Fitness Professional applications. I was consistently ranked the #1 ROI producer in Athleta’s Florida district.
